Your home in the heights of Ayamonte
The house is a penthouse with two bedrooms and a large terrace with spectacular views over the Guadiana river and the Portuguese Algarve. Set in a building in the La Lechera area, on a street at different levels, it has direct pedestrian access from Calle Islas Baleares, in the upper part of Ayamonte. It has every comfort: a full kitchen with top-quality appliances, air conditioning in every room, a full bathroom with a large shower, Smart TV, high-capacity Wi-Fi, top-tier beds and a covered garage inside the building.
The living-kitchen
The kitchen and living room form a single open space with a large window onto the river and the Algarve. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, built-in oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you need. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a large television.

The terrace
The house is exceptional thanks to its 20 m² west-facing terrace, from which you can enjoy spectacular views from the river mouth to the international bridge, facing the Algarve. It is a pleasure to have breakfast here watching the boats glide along the river, or to watch the sunset with its characteristic reddish tones.

It has a trundle bed that can be split into two, and a large-capacity wardrobe.
